Indications
Dersupril 0.05% Emulsion is indicated for the treatment of various dermatological conditions requiring the use of low-potency corticosteroids. It is effective in the management of atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, and other inflammatory skin conditions. The anti-inflammatory action of desonide helps reduce erythema, pruritus, and other manifestations associated with these conditions. Its use is recommended in body areas requiring a milder formulation, including sensitive areas such as the face and skin folds.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Dersupril Emulsion contains: Desonide 0.05%, excipients q.s.p. 100 ml.
Contraindications
Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to desonide or any of the components of the formulation. Its use is not recommended for untreated skin infections, cutaneous tuberculosis, or in the treatment of rosacea.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when applying to skin with lesions or infections, as well as to extensive body areas. Prolonged use on the face and in children should be avoided due to the risk of systemic effects. Contact with eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided. If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
