Indications
Dermoval is indicated for the treatment of various dermatological conditions requiring the use of high-potency corticosteroids. It is used in the management of inflammatory dermatoses, such as atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, and other conditions that respond to corticosteroid therapy. Its anti-inflammatory and antipruritic action helps reduce the symptoms associated with these conditions, such as redness, itching, and skin inflammation. It is important to use this medication under the supervision of a physician, as improper use can lead to adverse effects.
Composition
Each 100g of Dermoval cream contains 0.1g of betamethasone as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that allow for proper formulation and skin absorption.
Contraindications
Dermoval is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to betamethasone or any of the components of the formulation. It should not be applied to infected skin areas, untreated tuberculous, viral, fungal, or parasitic lesions. Likewise, its use during pregnancy and lactation must be evaluated by a physician.
Precautions
It is recommended to use Dermoval with caution in patients with a history of systemic diseases, as well as during prolonged treatments. Application to extensive areas of the body or under occlusion may increase absorption and the risk of systemic effects. It is essential to follow medical instructions and avoid prolonged use without adequate supervision.
Storage
Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
