Indications
Delaphil (Tadalafil) is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. Erectile dysfunction is characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity. Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps achieve and maintain an erection. It is also used for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, improving exercise capacity in men and women. Its use must be under medical supervision and adjusted to the patient's needs.
Composition
Each tablet contains: Tadalafil 20 mg as active ingredient. May contain excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, and others.
Contraindications
Delaphil is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to tadalafil or any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in patients taking nitrates in any form, as it can cause a significant decrease in blood pressure. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe cardiovascular disease or who have recently had a myocardial infarction.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, liver or kidney problems, or those taking other medications that may interact with tadalafil. It is important to carry out adequate medical monitoring to evaluate the response to treatment and adjust the dose if necessary.
