Indications
Cyrux is indicated for the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, as well as their prophylaxis. Additionally, it is used for labor induction, in cases of therapeutic abortion, and for protecting the stomach against the harmful effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its use must be supervised by a physician, as its administration may be associated with adverse effects requiring medical attention. It is also considered for patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding and conditions that may be complicated by NSAID use.
Composition
Each Cyrux tablet contains 200 mg of misoprostol as the active ingredient. Excipients include: lactose, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to misoprostol or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be used in pregnant women, unless under strict medical supervision and in a defined clinical context, due to the risk of congenital malformations and other complications.
Precautions
Special care should be taken in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, as well as those receiving concomitant treatment with NSAIDs. It is important to monitor patients who experience symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, or unusual bleeding. The administration of this medication must be strictly under medical indication.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
