Indications

Cynoplus is indicated for the treatment of various conditions related to thyroid function, including:

• Primary hypothyroidism, as hormone replacement therapy in patients with thyroid hormone deficiency.
• Hashimoto's disease, which is a form of autoimmune thyroiditis.
• Thyroidectomy, for replacement therapy in patients who have undergone surgical removal of the thyroid gland.
• Complementary treatment in the management of certain types of thyroid cancer.
• As part of a treatment regimen for goiter and other thyroid disorders.

Composition

Each Cynoplus tablet contains:

• Levothyroxine Sodium: 120 mcg
• Liothyronine Sodium: 30 mcg

Contraindications

The use of Cynoplus is contraindicated in:

• Patients with known hypersensitivity to levothyroxine or any of the product's excipients.
• Untreated adrenal or pituitary gland diseases.
• Untreated myocardial infarction and thyrotoxicosis.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Cynoplus in patients with:

• Cardiovascular diseases, such as heart failure or arrhythmias.
• Uncontrolled hypertension.
• Diabetes mellitus, as it may increase insulin requirements.
