Indications
B Complex is indicated for the prevention and treatment of B-vitamin deficiencies, which can occur in various conditions such as malnutrition, alcoholism, gastrointestinal diseases, and metabolic disorders. It is especially useful in patients who require B vitamin supplementation due to inadequate diets or conditions affecting nutrient absorption. Additionally, it is used to improve nervous system health, energy metabolism, and red blood cell formation, thus contributing to the body's general well-being.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Thiamine (Vitamin B1) - 50 mg
- Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) - 50 mg
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) - 200 mcg
Contraindications
The use of B Complex is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Likewise, it should be avoided in those who present conditions that contraindicate the administration of high doses of B vitamins.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with kidney disease, as well as in those who are undergoing treatment with medications that may interfere with the absorption of B vitamins. It is important to consult a doctor before starting treatment, especially in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C, out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
