Solgar Magnesium Citrate is indicated as a dietary supplement to help maintain bone and muscle health. This product may be useful in the prevention and treatment of magnesium deficiencies, which can occur in people with inadequate diets, gastrointestinal disorders, or conditions that increase the need for this mineral. Its use is suggested for supporting energy metabolism and proper nervous function.

Likewise, Magnesium Citrate can be beneficial in regulating intestinal transit, helping to relieve occasional constipation. Its citrate formulation facilitates the absorption of magnesium, making it more bioavailable compared to other forms of this mineral.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Magnesium Citrate (400 mg) as a source of elemental magnesium.

Contraindications

This product should not be used by individuals with known hypersensitivity to magnesium citrate or any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended for people with severe renal insufficiency, as it may lead to complications due to the accumulation of magnesium in the body.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
