Indications
Cidorix is indicated for the prevention of ischemic events in patients with coronary artery disease, including those who have experienced acute myocardial infarction, stroke, or peripheral artery disease. It is also used to prevent thrombosis in patients who have undergone revascularization procedures, such as coronary angioplasty. This medication works by inhibiting platelet aggregation, which reduces the risk of clot formation in the circulatory system.
Composition
Each Cidorix tablet contains 75 mg of clopidogrel, as well as excipients necessary for the formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
Cidorix is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to clopidogrel or any of the product's excipients. It is also contraindicated in patients with a history of intracranial hemorrhage, bleeding disorders, severe hepatic insufficiency, and in those receiving treatment with glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Cidorix to patients at risk of bleeding, including those with active peptic ulcers, patients with moderate renal or hepatic insufficiency, and the elderly. Adequate monitoring of renal and hepatic function, as well as signs of bleeding, is important. This medication should be used with caution in patients who are being treated with anticoagulants or other drugs that affect blood coagulation.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
