Indications

Cartigen NF is indicated for the treatment of osteoarthritis. Chondroitin is a natural component of cartilage that helps maintain its elasticity and strength, while diacerein is an anti-inflammatory that helps reduce pain and inflammation associated with this condition. This medication can be used to improve joint function and decrease the symptoms of osteoarthritis, providing relief to patients suffering from this degenerative disease.

Composition

Each Cartigen NF tablet contains: 600 mg of Chondroitin and 50 mg of Diacerein.

Contraindications

Cartigen NF is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in individuals with a history of severe allergic reactions or in those with severe renal insufficiency. Its use is not recommended in people with active inflammatory bowel diseases.

Precautions

Caution is recommended when using Cartigen NF in patients with a history of gastrointestinal problems, as well as in those who are being treated with anticoagulants or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is important to monitor renal function in patients who use this medication for a prolonged period. It is also suggested to avoid its use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
