Indications
Capsiflu is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of colds and flu. It is used to relieve symptoms such as fever, headache, nasal congestion, and sneezing. The combination of its components helps reduce body temperature and decongest the respiratory tract, facilitating breathing and improving the patient's well-being during flu episodes.
Composition
Each Capsiflu tablet contains:
- Paracetamol: 500 mg
- Phenylephrine: 5 mg
- Chlorphenamine: 2 mg
Contraindications
Capsiflu is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in people with severe liver diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or a history of adverse reactions to similar medications. Furthermore, it is contraindicated in patients who are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or those with pheochromocytoma.
Precautions
Caution is advised in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or those who habitually consume alcohol. It is important to avoid prolonged use and not exceed the recommended dose. Medical evaluation should be considered before use in elderly individuals or those with pre-existing medical conditions.
Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
