Indications
Bristaflam is indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation in various conditions, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other musculoskeletal ailments. This medication acts as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), providing pain relief and reducing inflammation in affected tissues. Additionally, it can be used in the management of postoperative pain and pain associated with sports injuries. It is important that the administration of the medication be supervised by a healthcare professional, who will determine the appropriate dose according to the patient's condition and their response to treatment.
Composition
Each Bristaflam tablet contains 100 mg of aceclofenac as an active ingredient, as well as excipients that facilitate the formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
The use of Bristaflam is not recommended in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to aceclofenac or any of the components of the formula. Likewise, it is contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcers, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, and in those with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding. It should not be administered during the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
Special care should be taken in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, arterial hypertension, or those who are undergoing anticoagulant treatment. Regular medical monitoring is recommended to evaluate renal and hepatic function during treatment. Prolonged use of Bristaflam may increase the risk of gastrointestinal adverse effects.
