Indications
Bredelin is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by microorganisms susceptible to levofloxacin. These infections include, but are not limited to:
- Respiratory tract infections, including community-acquired pneumonia.
- Urinary tract infections, both complicated and uncomplicated.
- Skin and soft tissue infections.
- Bone and joint infections.
The efficacy of levofloxacin is supported by clinical studies demonstrating its action against various gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial strains.
Composition
Each Bredelin tablet contains 750 mg of levofloxacin as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that facilitate its formulation and absorption.
Contraindications
Bredelin is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to levofloxacin, other fluoroquinolone antibiotics, or any of the formulation's excipients. It should not be administered to patients with a history of tendinopathy associated with fluoroquinolone use.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Bredelin in patients with a history of seizures, epilepsy, central nervous system disorders, renal insufficiency, or in those taking medications that may increase the risk of QT interval prolongation. It is important to ensure adequate medical follow-up during treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
