Indications
Bipalver is indicated for the treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy and neuropathic pain in adults. It is also used as adjunctive therapy in generalized anxiety disorders and in the management of partial epilepsy in adults. Pregabalin works by modulating the release of excitatory neurotransmitters, which contributes to pain and anxiety reduction. It is important that the use of this medication is supervised by a doctor, who will evaluate the benefit in relation to the possible risks for the patient.
Composition
Each Bipalver capsule contains 75 mg of pregabalin as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients that allow for the proper formulation of the product.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to pregabalin or any of the product's excipients. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe renal insufficiency and in those with a history of substance abuse, given the potential for developing dependence.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of heart disease, moderate to severe renal insufficiency, and in those taking other central nervous system-acting medications. Regular medical monitoring is recommended to adjust the dose according to the patient's response and the appearance of adverse effects. Patients should also be informed about the possibility of experiencing drowsiness, dizziness, or impaired concentration.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep the product in its original packaging and out of the reach of children. Do not use the medication after the expiration date indicated on the label.
