Indications
Binotal Suspension is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by ampicillin-susceptible microorganisms. These infections may include, but are not limited to, respiratory tract infections, otitis media, urinary tract infections, and certain gastrointestinal infections. Ampicillin is effective against a variety of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, making it a suitable therapeutic option in the management of acute and chronic infections.
Composition
Each 5 ml of suspension contains 500 mg of ampicillin in the form of ampicillin sodium, as well as excipients necessary for the product's formulation.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to ampicillin, to other penicillin-group antibiotics, or to any of the components of the formula. It should be used with caution in patients with a history of allergic reactions to antibiotics or with severe kidney disease.
Precautions
Renal and liver function monitoring is recommended during treatment. Additionally, caution should be exercised when using Binotal in patients with a history of colitis, as it may favor the appearance of pseudomembranous colitis. It is important to avoid self-medication and follow the doctor's instructions regarding the duration of treatment and the prescribed dose.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package. Once opened, use within a period of time recommended by the doctor or pharmacist.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
