Indications
Binotal (Ampicillin) is indicated for the treatment of various bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections, ear infections, urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal infections, and some skin and soft tissue infections. This antibiotic works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to the death of susceptible bacteria. It is important that the use of Binotal is based on the susceptibility of the microorganism causing the infection and that it is used under medical supervision.
Composition
Each Binotal capsule contains 500 mg of Ampicillin, as well as excipients necessary for the product's formulation.
Contraindications
Binotal is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ampicillin, other antibiotics of the same class, or any of the formula's components. Caution should also be exercised in patients with a history of allergic reactions to medications.
Precautions
A clinical evaluation is recommended before starting treatment with Binotal. It is important to notify your doctor if severe or persistent diarrhea occurs during treatment, as this could be indicative of pseudomembranous colitis. Likewise, the use of this medication should be considered in patients with renal insufficiency, as dose adjustments may be required.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
