Indications

Bennet is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal and ocular itching. It is also used for the relief of chronic idiopathic urticaria and other allergic conditions requiring the use of antihistamines. Desloratadine, its active ingredient, acts by selectively blocking histamine H1 receptors, which helps reduce the symptoms of allergic reactions.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Desloratadine 5 mg as active ingredient. Excipients: Lactose monohydrate, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to desloratadine or any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe renal failure and in infants under 12 months of age.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering this medication to patients with a history of kidney or liver disease. Concomitant use with alcohol should be avoided, as it may enhance sedative effects. Use in pregnancy is not recommended unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
