Indications

Bedoyecta Tri is indicated for the prevention and treatment of B-complex vitamin deficiencies, as well as for the management of conditions related to diabetic neuropathy, megaloblastic anemia, and other situations where an additional supply of vitamin B12, thiamine, and pyridoxine is required. This product is particularly useful in patients with diabetes mellitus, alcoholism, gastrointestinal diseases affecting nutrient absorption, and those undergoing prolonged treatment with medications that may interfere with the metabolism of these vitamins. Additionally, its use is suggested in patients with stress, fatigue, or exhaustion, as well as during convalescence.

Composition

Each 2 ml syringe contains:

• Hydroxocobalamin 10,000 mcg
• Thiamine 100 mg
• Pyridoxine 50 mg

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Likewise, its use is not recommended in individuals with a history of severe allergic reactions to B-complex vitamins.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with kidney disease, as excessive use of B-complex vitamins can cause adverse effects. It is important to evaluate kidney function before starting treatment and during its use. Additionally, it is recommended to monitor patients with underlying medical conditions that may be affected by the administration of this product.
