Indications

Audor is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. It is used in the management of postoperative pain, pain associated with chronic diseases, and neuropathic pain. The combination of tramadol, an opioid analgesic, and paracetamol, a non-opioid analgesic, acts synergistically to provide more effective pain relief. This medication is particularly useful for patients requiring long-term pain control or in situations where conventional analgesics are not sufficient.

Composition

Each Audor tablet contains:

  • Tramadol 37.5 mg
  • Paracetamol 325 mg

Contraindications

Audor is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of acute intoxication by alcohol, hypnotics, opioid analgesics, or in patients with severe respiratory disease. It is also contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled epilepsy and in those receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of opioid addiction, as well as in those with hepatic or renal insufficiency. The use of Audor may cause drowsiness and dizziness, so driving or operating heavy machinery should be avoided. Elderly patients, who may be more sensitive to the effects of this medication, should be monitored.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, in a dry place away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
