Indications

Arahkor is indicated for the treatment of arterial hypertension in adults. Its use helps reduce blood pressure, decreasing the risk of cardiovascular complications. It can also be used in patients with chronic kidney failure and in those who require more rigorous blood pressure control due to comorbid conditions. It is important that the use of Arahkor is part of a comprehensive approach that includes lifestyle changes, such as a balanced diet and regular exercise.

Composition

Each Arahkor tablet contains 60 mg of fimasartan as the active ingredient. Additionally, it contains excipients necessary for the product's formulation.

Contraindications

Arahkor is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to fimasartan or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered during pregnancy and lactation, as well as in patients with a history of angioedema associated with previous treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) or angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs).

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Arahkor in patients with a history of liver disease, hypotension, or conditions that may compromise intravascular volume. Likewise, it is important to monitor renal function in patients receiving this medication, especially those with comorbid conditions that may affect renal function.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
