Indications
Almax Suspension is indicated for the treatment of symptoms of heartburn, including gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux. Its neutralizing action helps relieve discomfort caused by gastric hyperacidity, providing fast and effective relief. It is also useful in the management of acid indigestion and as an adjuvant in the treatment of gastric ulcers, as well as in the prevention of complications related to excess stomach acid.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Almax Suspension contains: Almagate 13.3 g. Excipients: Purified water, flavorings, and other excipients.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to almagate or to any of the components of the formulation. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe renal insufficiency, as it may alter electrolyte balance.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of kidney disease, as well as in those who are being treated with other medications that may interact with almagate. It is advisable not to exceed the indicated dose to avoid side effects such as constipation or alterations in electrolyte levels. A prior medical evaluation is suggested in case of persistent symptoms, to rule out more serious conditions.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
