Indications
Alevian Duo is a medication indicated for the treatment of functional bowel disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome. The combination of Pinaverium, an antispasmodic, and Dimethicone, an antiflatulent agent, helps relieve symptoms related to abdominal cramps, bloating, and gastrointestinal discomfort. It is designed to help restore intestinal function and improve the quality of life for patients suffering from these conditions. Its use is recommended for adults and may be suitable in cases of functional dyspepsia and excessive flatulence.
Composition
Each Alevian Duo capsule contains:
- Pinaverium: 100 mg
- Dimethicone: 300 mg
Contraindications
Alevian Duo is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use should also be avoided in cases of intestinal obstruction, acute ulcerative colitis, or megacolon. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those who are being treated with other medications that may cause adverse interactions.
Precautions
Caution is recommended when using Alevian Duo in patients with a history of severe gastrointestinal diseases. It should be used under medical supervision in elderly individuals or those suffering from chronic diseases. It is important to inform the doctor about any other medications the patient is taking to avoid possible interactions. If symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted.

Store the product in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
