Indications
Alevian Duo is indicated for the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders, especially those presenting with symptoms such as cramps, abdominal distension, and flatulence. This medication combines two active ingredients: Pinaverium, an antispasmodic that acts on the intestinal muscles, relieving spasms and pain; and Dimethicone, an antiflatulent agent that helps reduce the formation of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract, facilitating their elimination and improving patient comfort. Alevian Duo may be useful in patients with irritable bowel syndrome and other functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract.
Composition
Each Alevian Duo capsule contains 100 mg of Pinaverium and 300 mg of Dimethicone.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered to people with obstructive gastrointestinal diseases or in cases of intestinal perforation. Its use is recommended to be avoided in patients with a history of allergic reactions to antispasmodics or antiflatulents.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver or kidney diseases. Alevian Duo should be used under medical supervision in older individuals or in those who are taking other medications that may interact with its components. It is recommended to consult your doctor in case of persistent or severe symptoms, such as fever or unexplained weight loss.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
