Indications
Alevian Duo is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders characterized by intestinal spasms and flatulence. This medication combines Pinaverium, an antispasmodic that acts on the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, and Dimethicone, an antiflatulent agent that helps reduce the surface tension of gas bubbles in the intestine, facilitating their elimination. Its use is aimed at patients experiencing symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, and a feeling of abdominal fullness, thereby improving their quality of life.
Composition
Each Alevian Duo capsule contains:
- Pinaverium (100 mg)
- Dimethicone (300 mg)
Contraindications
Alevian Duo is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formulation. Its use should also be avoided in patients with intestinal obstruction or active ulcerative colitis.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of severe gastrointestinal disease. It is important that the use of this medication be supervised by a physician, especially in cases of patients undergoing treatment for other gastrointestinal conditions. It should not be used for persistent symptoms without corresponding medical evaluation.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.
