Indications

Alercrom Drops are indicated for the treatment and prevention of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, as well as for the management of allergic conjunctivitis. This medication acts by stabilizing mast cell membranes, which prevents the release of chemical mediators responsible for inflammation and allergic symptoms. It can be used in patients who present symptoms such as sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal and ocular itching, as well as allergic conjunctivitis. It is also effective in the prophylaxis of allergic reactions in susceptible patients.

Composition

Each ml of Alercrom Drops contains 20 mg of sodium cromoglycate as the active ingredient. Excipients are: purified water, sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to cromoglycate sodium or any other component of the formula. Its use is not recommended in children under 2 years of age without the supervision of a healthcare professional.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with chronic respiratory diseases or cardiovascular diseases. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions regarding the use of the medication and adjust the dose if necessary. It should not be used as an emergency treatment for severe allergic reactions.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and out of the reach of children. Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
