Indications

Afleno 600 mg is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, as well as for fever reduction. It is commonly used in conditions such as headache, dental pain, dysmenorrhea, and pain associated with musculoskeletal inflammations. Ibuprofen works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are responsible for inflammation and pain, thus providing effective relief of associated symptoms. This medication is useful in the management of conditions such as arthritis and other rheumatic disorders, as well as in the treatment of flu symptoms and colds.

Composition

Each Afleno tablet contains 600 mg of ibuprofen as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients that facilitate its formulation and absorption.

Contraindications

Afleno is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be administered in cases of active peptic ulcer, severe renal insufficiency, severe hepatic insufficiency, and in patients with coagulation disorders. It should also be avoided in the third trimester of pregnancy.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering Afleno to patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcer, asthma, kidney or liver disease, as well as in those taking anticoagulants. Renal and hepatic function should be monitored during prolonged treatment. The lowest effective dose should be considered for the shortest possible time to minimize risks.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 30 °C. Keep the product out of the reach of children.
