Indications
Melox Plus Mast is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with dyspepsia, such as heartburn, feeling of fullness, and flatulence. This medication combines three active components: aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, which act as antacids, neutralizing excess stomach acid, and simethicone, which helps reduce gas formation and abdominal distension. Its use is recommended in situations where digestive discomfort is caused by food intake, stress, or the consumption of medications that may irritate the gastric mucosa.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Aluminum hydroxide 200 mg
- Magnesium hydroxide 200 mg
- Simethicone 40 mg
Contraindications
Melox Plus Mast is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Likewise, its use is not recommended in people with severe kidney disease, intestinal obstruction, or in those who present symptoms of appendicitis or gastrointestinal bleeding.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of kidney disease, as prolonged use of antacids can lead to an electrolyte imbalance. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients should consult a doctor before starting treatment. The recommended dose should not be exceeded, and prolonged use without medical supervision should be avoided.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
