Indications
Lipovitasi Oral is indicated as a nutritional supplement in the treatment of carnitine, methionine, and thiamine deficiencies. It is used in situations where additional support for energy metabolism is required, especially in cases of chronic fatigue, muscle weakness, and in the management of certain metabolic conditions. Furthermore, it may be useful in post-surgical recovery, during convalescence, and in situations of physical or mental stress. Its use is suggested in patients who have an increased requirement for these nutrients, as well as in those with conditions that may compromise their adequate absorption.
Composition
Each tablet of Lipovitasi Oral contains: 300 mg of L-Carnitine, 25 mg of Methionine, and 25 mg of Thiamine (Vitamin B1).
Contraindications
This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in people with severe kidney diseases or in those with severe amino acid metabolism disorders. Its use during pregnancy and lactation is advised against unless indicated by a doctor.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver or kidney diseases. Likewise, it is important to perform medical follow-up in patients who are receiving concomitant treatments that may interfere with amino acid metabolism. Administration must be supervised by a healthcare professional, especially in vulnerable populations.
