Indications
Icyhot (Methyl Salicylate/Menthol) is indicated for the temporary relief of localized pain associated with musculoskeletal conditions. It is useful for the treatment of muscle aches, arthritis, sprains, strains, and other types of joint or muscle pain. The topical application of the cream provides an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, facilitating movement and improving the quality of life of patients experiencing discomfort in these areas.
Composition
Each 100 g of cream contains: Methyl Salicylate 30 g and Menthol 10 g, plus excipients q.s. 100 g.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. It should not be applied to open wounds, irritated skin, or areas with dermatitis. Its use in patients with severe skin conditions should be evaluated by a physician.
Precautions
It is recommended to use with caution in people who have circulatory problems or skin diseases. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Its use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended without medical supervision. In case of irritation or adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and out of the reach of children. Keep the lid tightly closed after each use to preserve the effectiveness of the product.
