Indications
Dalvear Ad Syrup is a medication indicated for the treatment of dry and productive cough. Dropropizine acts as an antitussive, helping to relieve cough by reducing the sensitivity of cough receptors in the respiratory tract. On the other hand, bromhexine is a mucolytic agent that facilitates expectoration by reducing the viscosity of mucus, thus improving respiratory function. This medication is suitable for managing symptoms in respiratory conditions such as bronchitis and colds, where cough and mucus production are predominant.
Composition
Each 100 ml of syrup contains:
- Dropropizine 160 mg
- Bromhexine 300 mg
Contraindications
Dalvear Ad Syrup is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of active gastric ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding. Its use in children under two years of age should be evaluated by a physician.
Precautions
It is recommended to use this medication with caution in patients with liver or kidney diseases. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose and to maintain medical follow-up in case of persistent symptoms. In case of adverse effects, treatment should be discontinued and a physician consulted.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
