Indications
Dalvear Ad Syrup is indicated for the treatment of dry cough, as well as to facilitate expectoration in respiratory diseases where an antitussive and mucolytic action is required. This medication is used in conditions such as acute and chronic bronchitis, common colds, and other pulmonary conditions that involve coughing and mucus production. The combination of dropropizine and bromhexine provides a complementary action, alleviating symptoms and improving respiratory function.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Dalvear Ad Syrup contains: 160 mg of Dropropizine and 300 mg of Bromhexine.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in cases of cough with excessive secretions or in patients with a history of active peptic ulcer. Caution should also be exercised in people with severe liver or kidney disease.
Precautions
It should be administered with caution in patients with asthma or obstructive bronchopulmonary diseases, as well as in those with swallowing problems. It is important to avoid self-medication and consult a healthcare professional before starting treatment. If symptoms persist or worsen, medical attention should be sought.
