Indications
Seretide Evohaler is indicated for the treatment of patients with asthma who require combination therapy with a long-acting bronchodilator and a corticosteroid. It is also used in the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in patients who experience persistent symptoms and require additional treatment beyond short-acting bronchodilators. Its use is indicated in patients who do not achieve adequate symptom control with an inhaled corticosteroid alone. Continuous use of Seretide is essential for symptom control and prevention of exacerbations, thereby improving patients' quality of life.
Composition
Each aerosol dose contains: Salmeterol (25 mcg) and Fluticasone propionate (50 mcg). Excipients: propellant and other inactive components.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the components of the formula, as well as in those with acute asthma attacks or in cases of uncontrolled chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Its use is not recommended in children under 4 years of age.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or pulmonary infections. It is important to monitor the patient's response to treatment and adjust the dose as needed. Excessive use of the aerosol can lead to worsening asthma or COPD control.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not expose to temperatures above 30 °C.
