Indications
Seretide Evohaler is indicated for the treatment of patients with asthma who require maintenance treatment. It is also used in the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in patients with a history of exacerbations. This medication combines two agents: salmeterol, a long-acting bronchodilator, and fluticasone, an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid. This combination works to improve respiratory function, reduce inflammation, and prevent acute episodes of respiratory distress.
Composition
Each dose of Seretide Evohaler contains: 25 mcg salmeterol and 250 mcg fluticasone.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used as a first-line treatment for the management of acute asthma or COPD attacks. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe cardiovascular conditions or in those with untreated lung infections.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, and active tuberculosis. It is recommended to monitor lung function and adjust the dose according to the patient's clinical response. It is important to avoid abrupt discontinuation of treatment and follow the doctor's instructions.

Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
