Indications
Ryaltris is indicated for the treatment of nasal symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in adults and children over 12 years of age. Its components, Olopatadine and Mometasone, act synergistically to provide effective relief of symptoms such as nasal congestion, sneezing, itching, and rhinorrhea. Olopatadine is an antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine, while Mometasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and allergic response in the airways. This medication can be used as part of a broader management plan for patients with allergic rhinitis, in combination with other therapies as directed by a healthcare professional.
Composition
Each dose of Ryaltris contains 600 µg of Olopatadine and 25 µg of Mometasone.
Contraindications
Ryaltris is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the formula. It should not be used in patients with untreated nasal infections or those who have had an adverse reaction to other nasal corticosteroids.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with viral infections, tuberculosis, or those with a history of glaucoma or cataracts. Regular medical follow-up is recommended to evaluate treatment response and the presence of adverse effects, especially with prolonged use.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
