Indications
Rolet-Sup is indicated for the treatment of essential hypertension in adults. Its use is justified in patients who require effective blood pressure control, facilitating the reduction of cardiovascular risks associated with hypertension. The combination of Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide allows for a synergistic action, maximizing the benefits in blood pressure management in patients who do not achieve adequate control with monotherapy. This medication can be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensives, depending on the patient's needs and the corresponding medical evaluation.
Composition
Each Rolet-Sup tablet contains: 80 mg of Telmisartan and 25 mg of Hydrochlorothiazide.
Contraindications
Rolet-Sup is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with a history of angioedema associated with previous treatments with renin-angiotensin system inhibitors. Likewise, its use is contraindicated in patients with anuria or in those with severe renal disease.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of heart, liver, or kidney diseases. It is important to monitor kidney function and blood electrolytes during treatment, as well as to assess the patient's condition in case of dehydration or hypovolemia. Likewise, the possibility of interactions with other medications the patient is taking should be considered.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
