Indications
Mefiros is indicated for the treatment of disorders related to progesterone deficiency. It is used in cases of secondary amenorrhea, as part of hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women, and in the treatment of certain types of abnormal uterine bleeding. Additionally, it may be indicated in the management of infertility in women with this hormone deficiency, as well as in the prevention of spontaneous abortions in women with a history of pregnancy loss.
Composition
Each Mefiros capsule contains 200 mg of progesterone as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that allow for the proper formulation of the medicine.
Contraindications
Mefiros is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to progesterone or any of the excipients. It should not be administered in cases of undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, known or suspected breast cancer, and in patients with a history of venous or arterial thromboembolism. It is also contraindicated in pregnant women without proper medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of depression, liver diseases, cardiovascular diseases, or conditions that may predispose to thrombosis. Regular monitoring during treatment is important, and the dose should be adjusted according to the patient's needs. Mefiros should be used under strict medical supervision.
Storage
Store Mefiros in its original packaging, protected from light and moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
