Indications
Dorixina Relax is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic pain, as well as in inflammatory processes. Its combination of clonixinate of lysine, an analgesic and anti-inflammatory, along with cyclobenzaprine, a muscle relaxant, makes it especially useful in conditions such as lower back pain, muscle contractures, and postoperative pain. Its use is recommended in patients who require pain relief and muscle relaxation in situations where pain interferes with daily activities.
Composition
Each Dorixina Relax tablet contains:
- Clonixinate of Lysine 125 mg
- Cyclobenzaprine 5 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components, in those with a history of active peptic ulcer, bleeding disorders, severe liver failure, and during pregnancy and lactation, unless otherwise indicated by a physician. Its use is not recommended in patients with angle-closure glaucoma and in those taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver or kidney disease, as well as in those with heart problems. It is recommended to evaluate the risk of interaction with other medications the patient is taking. The use of this medication may affect the ability to drive or operate heavy machinery, so individual response to treatment should be assessed.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
