Indications
Vo-Remi is indicated for the treatment of balance-related disorders, including vertigo and motion sickness. Meclizine, an antihistamine, helps prevent and treat symptoms of dizziness and nausea associated with movement. Additionally, pyridoxine, or vitamin B6, may contribute to the reduction of nausea and vomiting in different situations, including pregnancy and chemotherapy. It is important that this medication be used under the supervision of a healthcare professional, who can determine its effectiveness in each specific case.
Composition
Each Vo-Remi tablet contains 25 mg of Meclizine and 50 mg of Pyridoxine, along with the necessary excipients for the product's formulation.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in people with narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, or those with conditions that may be aggravated by the anticholinergic action of meclizine.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in its use in patients with respiratory diseases, such as asthma, and in those with a history of seizures. Likewise, it is suggested to avoid the consumption of alcohol and other central nervous system depressants during treatment. It is essential that pregnant or breastfeeding women consult their doctor before starting therapy with Vo-Remi.
