Indications

Vinza Neb is indicated for the treatment of obstructive diseases of the respiratory system, including:

  • Bronchial asthma.
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
  • Chronic bronchitis.
  • Other respiratory disorders that require bronchodilation.

The combination of ipratropium bromide and salbutamol acts as a rapid-acting bronchodilator, providing relief in episodes of respiratory distress and improving lung function.

Composition

Each ampoule of Vinza Neb contains:

  • Ipratropium Bromide 0.5 mg.
  • Salbutamol 2.5 mg.
  • Excipients q.s.p. 2.5 ml.

Contraindications

Vinza Neb is contraindicated in patients with:

  • Known hypersensitivity to any of the product components.
  • Severe heart disease.
  • Uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmias.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with:

  • High blood pressure.
  • Diabetes mellitus.
  • Hyperthyroidism.
  • Glaucoma.

It is important to monitor the patient's response to treatment and adjust the dose as needed.
