Indications

Veridex (Ivermectin) is indicated for the treatment of various parasitic infections. Its use is effective in managing diseases caused by nematodes and ectoparasites. The most relevant indications include:

  • Onchocerciasis (river blindness), an infection caused by the parasite Onchocerca volvulus.
  • Strongyloidiasis, which is caused by Strongyloides stercoralis.
  • Lice and scabies infestations, where ivermectin acts by interfering with the neuromuscular function of the parasites.
  • Treatment of other parasitic infections such as filariasis, in combination with other drugs as directed by a physician.

Composition

Each Veridex tablet contains 6 mg of Ivermectin as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients that facilitate the formulation and stability of the product.

Contraindications

Veridex is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Ivermectin or any of the components of the formulation. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without adequate medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as drug elimination may be affected. Likewise, medical follow-up is recommended for patients with pre-existing neurological conditions.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
