Indications
Tribedoce Compound is indicated for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and acute pain. It is used in the management of pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as arthritis, sports injuries, lower back pain, and other painful conditions. It is also indicated for the prevention and treatment of deficiencies of B complex vitamins, which are essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system and red blood cell production. This medication can be used as part of a comprehensive approach to pain and inflammation management, complementing other therapies as needed.
Composition
Each ampoule of Tribedoce Compound contains 100 mg of Diclofenac and 75 mg of B complex vitamins. The B complex includes components such as thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), folic acid (B9), and cyanocobalamin (B12), which are fundamental for cellular metabolism and neurological health.
Contraindications
Tribedoce Compound is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Diclofenac, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), or any of the formula's components. It should not be used in patients with active peptic ulcer, severe renal failure, or severe liver disease. It is also contraindicated in pregnant women during the third trimester and during lactation.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disease, asthma, hypertension, heart disease, or kidney disease. It is important to monitor renal and hepatic function during prolonged treatment. Alcohol consumption is advised against, as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal adverse effects.
