Indications

Tramadol solution drops are indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain in adults. This medication acts on the central nervous system to relieve pain. It is particularly useful in situations of postoperative pain, neuropathic pain, and pain associated with chronic diseases. It can also be used in cases of fibromyalgia and oncological pain, under strict medical supervision.

Composition

Each ml of the solution contains 100 mg of tramadol hydrochloride. Excipients: purified water, glycerol, citric acid, among others.

Contraindications

Tramadol is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to tramadol or to any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered to patients with acute intoxication by alcohol, hypnotics, opioid analgesics, or psychotropic drugs. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe respiratory diseases, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, as well as in those who are undergoing treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).

Precautions

Caution is recommended when administering tramadol to patients with a history of seizures, respiratory depression, or those who are taking other medications that may enhance its sedative effects. It is essential to assess the possibility of dependence, as tramadol can cause withdrawal syndrome in patients who have used it for a prolonged period. Use in pregnant and breastfeeding women should be carefully evaluated by a physician.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
