Indications

Tramadol/Paracetamol 37.5/325 mg is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. This medication combines two analgesic agents: tramadol, which acts on the central nervous system, and paracetamol, which provides an analgesic and antipyretic effect. It is used in various conditions that require effective pain management, such as postoperative pain, pain related to chronic diseases, and pain associated with injuries. The combination of tramadol and paracetamol can offer better pain control than when used separately, allowing for lower doses of each component.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Tramadol 37.5 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg. Excipients: Lactose, corn starch, magnesium stearate.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, in those with a history of acute intoxication by alcohol, opioid analgesics, or psychotropic drugs. It should not be administered to patients who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) and in those with severe respiratory failure.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of seizures, liver or kidney disease, as well as in those with opioid dependence. It is important to monitor the response to treatment and adjust the dose as necessary. Prolonged use can lead to dependence.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
