Indications
Tramadol is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. It is used in postoperative situations, traumatic injuries, and in patients with chronic pain who do not respond adequately to other analgesics. Its use is recommended in cases where effective pain control is required, such as in oncological diseases, neuropathic pain, and pain associated with musculoskeletal conditions. Due to its pharmacological profile, Tramadol may be an option in pain management for patients with a history of opioid abuse, always under proper medical supervision.
Composition
Each tablet contains 200 mg of Tramadol, in addition to excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose, starch, and magnesium stearate.
Contraindications
The use of Tramadol is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to tramadol or any component of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of acute intoxication with alcohol, hypnotics, opioid analgesics, or psychotropics. It is also contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled epilepsy or those receiving MAO inhibitors.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of seizures, substance abuse, hepatic or renal insufficiency. Concomitant use with other central nervous system depressants may increase the risk of respiratory depression. Continuous medical monitoring is important to assess efficacy and potential adverse effects during treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature between 15 and 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
