Indications

Quitadol is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate fever and pain, such as headache, muscle pain, dental pain, and discomfort associated with colds or flu. Quitadol can be used in patients requiring relief from postoperative pain or in conditions accompanied by fever. Its antipyretic effect is useful in the management of febrile states, providing comfort to the patient. The dosage and frequency of the medication should be adjusted according to the patient's needs and medical evaluation, avoiding overdose.

Composition

Each Quitadol tablet contains 750 mg of paracetamol as the active ingredient, and excipients that allow for the product's formulation. It is important to follow the dosage instructions to ensure the efficacy and safety of the treatment.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to paracetamol or to any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be administered in cases of severe liver disease or liver failure. Its use in combination with other paracetamol-containing medications should be avoided to prevent the risk of hepatotoxicity.

Precautions

It is recommended to use Quitadol with caution in patients with a history of liver disease, alcoholism, or malnutrition.
