Indications

This medication is indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with colds and allergies, including fever, headache, nasal congestion, rhinorrhea (runny nose), sneezing, and itchy eyes or nose. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, Caffeine enhances the analgesic effect of Paracetamol, Phenylephrine is a decongestant that helps reduce nasal congestion, and Chlorphenamine is an antihistamine that relieves allergic symptoms.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Paracetamol 500 mg, Caffeine 25 mg, Phenylephrine 5 mg, Chlorphenamine 4 mg.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with severe liver diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or in patients who are taking MAO (monoamine oxidase) inhibitors. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution is advised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, kidney problems, or those who consume alcohol regularly. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose and to avoid simultaneous use with other medications containing paracetamol.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
