Indications
Iprasuavelin is indicated for the treatment of chronic obstructive respiratory diseases, such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and asthma. The combination of Ipratropium Bromide, an anticholinergic, and Salbutamol, a beta-2 adrenergic bronchodilator, acts synergistically to improve lung function, reduce dyspnea, and facilitate breathing in patients with bronchial obstruction. This medication is especially useful in exacerbation episodes, providing fast and lasting relief of respiratory symptoms.
Composition
Each 2.5 ml of solution contains: 0.5 mg Ipratropium Bromide and 2.5 mg Salbutamol.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components. It should also be avoided in cases of severe tachyarrhythmias and in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions to other bronchodilators.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, and in those using other bronchodilator medications. It is essential to monitor respiratory function in patients who show progressive deterioration of their lung disease.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date.
