Indications

Desigort (Tramadol) is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. It is used in situations where pain management is crucial, such as post-operative care or in chronic conditions requiring effective pain control. Its mechanism of action involves modulating pain signals in the central nervous system, acting on opioid receptors and the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine, which contributes to its analgesic effect.

Composition

Each Desigort tablet contains 100 mg of Tramadol as the active ingredient, as well as excipients necessary for the formulation and stability of the product.

Contraindications

Desigort is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tramadol or any of the excipients in the formulation. It is also contraindicated in cases of acute intoxication with alcohol, hypnotics, opioid analgesics, or any other drug acting on the central nervous system. Furthermore, it should not be administered to patients with uncontrolled epilepsy or those being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering Desigort to patients with a history of substance abuse, as well as those with respiratory problems, renal or hepatic insufficiency. Monitoring of patients over 65 years of age is recommended due to an increased risk of adverse effects. Simultaneous use with other opioid analgesics is not recommended without proper medical supervision.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, in a dry place protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
