Indications

Crisale is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. This condition is characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection adequate for satisfactory sexual intercourse. Tadalafil, the active ingredient in Crisale, works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, thus facilitating an erection. Additionally, this medication can be used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, improving exercise capacity in patients with this condition.

Composition

Each Crisale tablet contains 20 mg of Tadalafil as the active ingredient. Excipients include lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others.

Contraindications

Crisale should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tadalafil or any of the product's excipients. It is contraindicated in patients who are using nitrates in any form, as this can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases or who have had a recent myocardial infarction.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of heart disease, hypotension, or uncontrolled hypertension. Renal and hepatic function should be evaluated before initiating treatment. Use in combination with other treatments for erectile dysfunction is not recommended.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep in its original packaging and out of reach of children.
