Indications

Beadvance Syrup is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with flu processes and common colds, such as productive cough and dry cough. Guaifenesin acts as an expectorant, facilitating the expulsion of bronchial secretions. Dextromethorphan is an antitussive that helps reduce the urge to cough. Paracetamol provides relief from fever and mild to moderate pain, being useful in managing general discomfort that accompanies respiratory infections.

Composition

Each 10 ml of syrup contains: Guaifenesin 0.150 g, Dextromethorphan 1.2 g, Paracetamol 3 g.

Contraindications

Beadvance Syrup is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered to patients who are receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or to those with severe respiratory diseases, asthma, or chronic cough.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when used in patients with liver or kidney failure, as Paracetamol can worsen these conditions. It is important to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, due to the risk of hepatotoxicity. It is recommended to monitor the condition of elderly patients or those with pre-existing medical conditions.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
