Indications
Ariflam is indicated for the treatment of pain of various etiologies, such as: postoperative pain, osteoarticular pain, and headaches. It is also used in the management of inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, as well as to relieve the symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea. Its anti-inflammatory and analgesic action is due to the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, which helps to reduce pain and inflammation.
Composition
Each tablet contains: Diclofenac sodium 100 mg. Excipients: Lactose, starch, magnesium stearate, and others.
Contraindications
Ariflam is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any of the excipients in the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with a history of active peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, severe hepatic insufficiency, or a history of severe allergic reactions to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, moderate renal or hepatic insufficiency, arterial hypertension, or in those who are under treatment with anticoagulants. It is advisable to monitor renal and hepatic function during prolonged treatment. In case of adverse effects, treatment should be discontinued.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.
